A comprehensive course from the perspective of regenerative leadership collaborative hierarchy attenuation unpacking social justice theories. Understanding Systems of Oppression to better access liminal spaces and leverage points for personal and collective liberation.


Regenerative Leadership models of organizing and collaborative decision making
Evaluative methods for determining hierarchy attenuating and enhancing dispositions in people.

Defining Social Justice Terms and Concepts:

Unpacking context of Intersectionality (Racism, Sexism, Ableism, Xenophobia, Homophobia, Transphobia), hegemony, Institutional racism, and white cis-patriarchial heteronormative supremacy, legitimizing the authority of the normative and power.

How Trauma factors into the perpetuation of oppression: Dialectic deficiencies from subversive triggers (white fragility), Microaggressions, Intergenerational Transmission, and Trauma recovery methods and practices.

How to be an ally and proper ways to engage in discussions on the topic without committing classic faux pas of re-traumatization.

Evaluation methods for multicultural competence: How true integration is not assimilation but development of Racial Identity formation (stages and phases), Genograms and tracking intergenerational patterns, Bronfenbrenner model, Social Dominance Theory and Testing, Bowens Nuclear Systems Theory and inventory.

Exercises and Practice to gain fluency: Theater of the Oppressed, The Power Shuffle, Step Forward Step Back etc.

Resources to meet multiple learning styles. Tools for marginalized communities to gain empowerment. Tools for Privileged Allies in Countering Oppression

This course is regularly taught to adults (beginner to advanced scholar) and can be modified to suit children.
